Manila - Hot on the heels of their recent expansion into Nepal, the Argyle Hotel Group is announcing the upcoming Manila Prince Argyle Hotelin the Philippines capital. Located in the bustling business district near Manila Ninoy Aquino airport, the 21,000 square meter hotel will feature 250 rooms, a gym and spa, and multifunctional events areas to support the growing international trade and business in Manila.
"We're very excited with the continued positive response to our expansion into the Asia-Pacific, and the fantastic locations we've added this year", says Argyle Hotel Group CEO Kevin Zhang. The Manila Prince Argyle Hotel will be the 119th hotel under the Argyle Hotel Group, after a remarkable growth trajectory that has left the group one of the largest in its category after its first 15 years in operation.
AHG's strategy of focusing on midscale business hotels in the Asia-Pacific, particularly in Chinese second and third tier cities, has given the group an opportunity to help growing communities by providing international class hotels and venues in traditionally underserved regions.
"There's a new hotel in the Argyle Hotel Group family every two weeks, and we're anticipating accelerated growth next year as we continue to expand into more territories."
More than 30 hotels have been added to the Argyle Hotel Group roster in 2017, and exciting new territories like Nepal, Fiji and the Philippines is just the beginning of a sustained strategy of Asia-Pacific expansion.
Mr. Zhang explains: "As we continue to grow and to strengthen our brand, we'll also be increasing our presence in larger trade hubs and metro areas. We already serve some of the largest cities in Asia, with several hotels in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and now Manila."
The Manila Prince Argyle Hotel will open its doors towards end of 2019.
