Fraser Place Setiabudi celebrates first anniversary with 70% occupancy in Prime Downtown Jakarta

INDONESIA – Set within extensive and lush landscaped gardens, Fraser Place Setiabudi is celebrating its first and successful anniversary with an occupancy level of 70%.

Fraser Place Setiabudi is the third operating property in Jakarta of globally awarded leading hospitality group, Frasers Hospitality. Another six properties are in the pipeline, bringing the group's portfolio in the city to a total of nine by 2019.

Towering 31 stories above the central business district of Jakarta's famed Golden Triangle, Fraser Place Setiabudi features 151 Gold-Standard serviced residences set within extensive landscaped gardens. The property features one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments supported by a range of world class facilities and services.

Complementing the desirable locale are a myriad of recreational options that cater to residents on long- or short-term stays. An outdoor jogging track, basketball courts and a fully equipped gym complement the steam and sauna, Jacuzzi and outdoor pool facilities on offer to all residents.

Testament to its lifestyle mantra, Fraser Place Setiabudi has launched a monthly series of craft beer tasting sessions led by a beer sommelier of over 40 brews at its stylish garden restaurant and bar, Jardino, a contemporary bistro surrounded by tropical gardens.
