Prime Plaza Hotels and Resorts (PPHR) has finalised a partnership with Netral Port (NTP) to provide turnkey online direct booking services for agents, wholesalers and corporates within the Trip Affiliates Network (TA Network) ecosystem.

Powered by TA Network's turnkey solutions and connectivity which brings together Asia Pacific's leading travel wholesalers, operators and DMCs onto a single platform, NTP brings to the Indonesian hospitality market digitalisation solutions to improve their direct connectivity, automate their inventory management processes with their traditional offline contractors, which would otherwise require both parties to manually update their booking inventory and retrieve booking confirmations. This also eliminates overbooking/ under-booking issues associated with room allotments and potential human errors in manually maintaining hotel contracts. In addition, TA Network's digital payment solutions empower hotel clients with virtual cards or virtual bank account services to process payments from their global contractors designed to minimise cross border and FX fees.

Based in Indonesia with over two decades of operations, PPHR is a hotel chain headquartered in Jakarta. The company operates brand names such as Prime Plaza, Prime Biz and Prime Resort in multiple locations across the Indonesian archipelago. A well-respected 4 Star hospitality establishment. PPHR manages 14 resorts, villas and hotels, representing over 2060 daily room nights in operation.

Heriyanto Widjaya, Director of Sales Prime Plaza Hotels and Resorts said, “TA Network/NTP solutions has enabled PPHR to manage digitally the conservative wholesale contract process with the full functionality of lead time, booking windows or stay pattern promotion, which makes our B2B distribution efficient, enabling PPHR to manage dynamic rates with the same level of efficiency as an OTA working with dynamic wholesalers. With this direct booking service on TA Network, travel wholesalers and agents can enjoy the dynamic availability and rates through the instant access to our hotels’ best available rates. This is an added service to provide better and faster services to leisure and business customers.”

NTP Managing Director, Jousua Sughandi adds, “The post Covid recovery has started gaining momentum with growing confidence within regional and domestic travellers. Hotels are increasing looking for more dynamic tools to broaden and deepen direct online booking partnerships with their preferred agents and corporates using process automation solutions and seamless online payment services. We are delighted to add PPHR to our growing ecosystem of hotels and DMC partners in Indonesia seeking to enhance their direct booking partnerships efficiently. The adoption of TA Network Hotel B2B Direct Booking services will broaden and deepen PPHR direct booking partnerships with their preferred agents and corporates.”
