Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) Ground Customer Services Department has reopened its completely renovated Royal Orchid Lounge at Domestic Terminal, Chiang Mai International Airport.
Mrs. Manusnunt Sitthijirasin, THAI Managing Director, Ground Customer Services, said that the Company continually works to make improvements to its products and services for customer satisfaction. THAI’s Royal Orchid Lounge is located in the Domestic Terminal (near departure gate 3), Chiang Mai International Airport. THAI’s newly renovated Royal Orchid Lounge is 147 square meters and was designed to reflect Thai identity and Lanna which is a Northern Thai style. The passenger lounge offers improved comfort and convenience for THAI passengers, offering high speed Wi-Fi, food and beverages prepared by THAI Catering, as well as meals prepared by highly acclaimed restaurants in Chiang Mai.
The THAI Royal Orchid Lounge located in the Domestic Terminal at Chiang Mai International Airport is now open to serve THAI Business Class passengers, Smile Plus passengers who fly Thai Smile, Star Alliance Gold members as well as customers of participating credit cards.
