PUNE, INDIA – Radisson Blu Pune Hinjawadi announced the appointment of Adarsh Adhao as the new Associate Director of Sales. With over 8 years of extensive experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry, Adarsh brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his new role.
Adarsh’s career has been marked by a proven track record in luxury, convention centers & lifestyle. His expertise spans pre-opening strategies, market mapping, total account management, forecasting, F&B development, and building strong relationships with C-level executives across various industries.
In his most recent role Sales & Marketing Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi, Adarsh successfully managed bookings for 144 room keys and oversaw operations for 5 F&B outlets with 2 banquet spaces. Prior to this, he held key positions at the Taj Group of Hotels, The Orchid Group of Hotels, and Hotel Tip Top International, where he played pivotal roles in corporate business development, banquet sales, and F&B operations.

Adarsh Adhao holds a degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (MSIHMCT), Pune, and has completed specialized training in prestigious hospitality establishments.
George, in his capacity as an intern, diligently oversees the flow of news, assists in the publication of content, and delves into the strategies of social media distribution. He is currently pursuing his studies in Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
