Rendezvous Hotels & Resorts International (Rendezvous) is continuing with the expansion of its operation in the Asia Pacific region and in response to resulting needs within the group`s corporate team, has made further senior appointments.

Rendezvous CEO, Mr Alan Featherby, explains Rendezvous expects to have over 30 hotels operating or committed to, within the next five years. We expect to continue the current expansion of the group in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. With the announcement last month of three new hotels (The Marque Hotel Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra, formerly Chifley Hotels) to be managed in Australia, Rendezvous will now operate 15 hotels, with eleven hotels in Australia, two in China, one in Singapore and one in New Zealand. In recognition of this growth, we have gone to the market to obtain the best talent available and we believe we have done just that with our newest appointments. We welcome these new and

talented people to our group and look forward to their valuable contribution to our key executive team.

Rendezvous has appointed Mr Greg Bullen (Vice President Finance, Australia/New Zealand). Greg has joined Rendezvous Hotels after spending two years as Senior Management Accountant for Voyages Hotels and Resorts at their Sydney corporate office. Greg will be responsible for the group financial operations of Rendezvous and will be based in the group corporate office in Sydney.

Rendezvous Hotels International has appointed Ms Qin Cui (Group Accountant). Qin has joined Rendezvous hotels as our Group Accountant. Qin will support Greg Bullen and oversee the accountancy function for the Rendezvous group, also based at the Sydney corporate office. Qin has a strong background as a Financial Control Assistant with hotels including

her last role with the Carlton Hotel Parramatta.

Both Mr Bullen and Ms Cui will commence their positions with Rendezvous on 27th November, 2006.
