After spending eight years in Bali, Pierre now joins the Kamalaya family in Koh Samui.
As the General Manager of Kamalaya Koh Samui, Pierre Lang brings a wealth of over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry across markets as diverse as Germany, Dubai, Singapore, Indonesia and now Thailand. A German national, Pierre has previously worked for established international hotel brands including Alila Hotels & Resorts, Armani Hotels & Resorts, Park Hyatt in the Maldives and Dubai, and Grand Hyatt in Dubai and Berlin.
After working in the fast-paced world of hospitality in Dubai, Pierre took time out to travel through Asia. He discovered Kamalaya Koh Samui in 2009 after searching for a holistic wellness sanctuary and stayed at Kamalaya on three separate occasions as a guest pursuing his own wellness journey.
It was during his time at Kamalaya that Pierre developed his own passion for holistic wellness. From his experience as a guest at Kamalaya, he introduced programs focused on wellbeing and sustainability in his previous assignments, such as longevity and community support.
After spending eight years in Bali, Pierre now joins the Kamalaya family in Koh Samui.
