Intelligent Spas has released two new business manuals to assist spa operators simplify human resource management activities. The Spa Human Resource Management Manual and supporting Spa Employee Handbook contain comprehensive policies, procedures and ready-to-use forms to promote efficient operations and make staff management easier than ever.
Julie Garrow, Managing Director of Intelligent Spas stated the new manuals enable spa managers and directors to focus on critical spa operational activities such as maximising the spa’s financial performance, instead of being continuously interrupted to address minor or repetitive human resource queries. The manuals are very comprehensive and user-friendly so spa managers do not have to be human resource experts to successfully implement the effective solutions.
