WORLDHOTELS welcomed Ms Carolyn Sim from Air Services International Pte Ltd, the Asia-Pacific winner of the ”Put Your Best Face Forward“ campaign, to the Goodwood Park Hotel in Singapore recently, for the opportunity for her to be a model for the day.
Ms Sim was treated to a full day of luxury pampering including a photo-shoot with a profesional team of photographers, make-up artist and stylist in the Goodwood Park Hotel’s renowned Brunei Suite and a sumptuos Oriental lunch in the hotel’s Min Jiang restaurant. Ms Sim was presented with a Thai Silk covered photo album at the end of the day complete with a full set of the gorgeous photos as a memento.
WORLDHOTELS started their ”Put Your Best Face Forward“ campaign in October 2006 by sending out a direct mail shot to 100,000 travel agents alongside a global advertsing campaign to introduce WORLDHOTELS and launch the online competition. The Online raffle gave travel agents around the globe the chance to win a free VIP makeover day complete with photo-shoot session. To be in with a chance to win this exclusive prize the travel agents had to log in to WORLDHOTELS.beconnected, WORLDHOTELS dedicated travel agent program.
More than 4,000 travel agents worldwide participated in this online raffle, meaning a great response rate of over 4%. Three lucky winners were picked for each of the EMEA, APAC and The Americas regions. In March 2007 the winners were announced to include the Asia-Pacific winner, Ms Carolyn Sim, Assistant Manager, Customer Services/Special Projects from Air Services International Pte Ltd. The other winners were Tanja Jaursch, Travel Agent at Carlson Wagonlit, Hamburg and Christine Fecchi, Vice President of FUGAZI Travel, San Francisco.
