BROOMFIELD, CO – Japan’s first cherry Blossom season open to international travelers in four years is proving to be one of the most sought-after seasons yet. In response to the incredible demand, InsideJapan Tours, award-winning Japan travel specialist and tour operator, has put all new inquiries traveling before April 12, 2023, on hold.
While Japan overall has received an increase in bookings for the year ahead, peak cherry blossom season (late March and early April) is particularly popular. This year, there are additional factors in play, such as the diminishing number of flights, along with the pent-up demand that is forcing InsideJapan to call time in prime blossom bookings.
Given the record demand for travel in 2023, InsideJapan has just launched its 2024 small group tour dates, with expectations that spring itineraries will sell out quickly.
“After a successful 2019, it is a relief that we are picking up where we left off as people want to travel to Japan again,” said Trade Marketing Manager, John McMillan. “Instead of 2023 being about travel getting back on track, it’s now about keeping up with incredible demand.
