International event planners can now access Cvent’s Destination Guide

Marketing Challenges International partners with CVENT

Marketing Challenges International, Inc. (MCIntl) is pleased to announce a marketing alliance with Cvent, the leading provider of event management, site selection, and event sourcing (eRFP) software solutions. MCIntl, the North American marketing and sales agency for leading international destinations and convention centers, welcomes Cvent to its existing network of strategic partners, which includes media giant Nielsen Business Media and advertising & design firm Soubriet Byrne & Associates, Inc.

As part of the marketing partnership, international event planners can now access Cvent’s Destination Guide at mcintl.com. The Cvent Destination Guide is an informational resource designed especially for meeting and event organizers to research and source venues worldwide. For each of MCIntl’s featured destinations, website visitors can learn about that destination’s peak season information, meetings promotions, average lodging rates, local attractions, popular restaurants, convention centers, transportation pricing, and more.

From the Destination Guide, international event organizers can also access Cvent’s free online site-selection and electronic Request for Proposal (eRFP) platform, the Cvent Supplier Network. Users can search for event venues, send eRFPs, and receive bids back from suppliers on their free Cvent Supplier Network account. Additionally, venues and event service providers can showcase their venue or services to over 160,000 meeting and event planners all at no cost.  Cvent does not charge commission or transaction fees or impose any other costs for use of the Cvent Supplier Network.
