Approximately $30 mil. project has been implemented by The Patero Inc. established by 7 resort properties in Pamukkale. The project named Pamukkale Thermal Centre planned as a full spa resort and use region`s thermal water resources. Project is aimed to be completed in three years.

A similar project has been planned in Izmir`s famous Cesme Resort called Cesme Thermal Cure Center. The center will have spa and recreation units as well as thermal baths and rehabilitation center.

Officials from CESTAS, the firm responsible for the approximately $30 mil. project, said they are looking for a foreign investor as partner. CESTAS board of directors formed by district administration, municipality and professional tourist associations from the region.

In Yalova Thermal Resort, a 5 star spa hotel project is in the stage of completion. In Thermal district of Yalova is located in the south eastern of Marmara Sea and only one hour far from Istanbul. Approximately $ 5 mil. project will have wellness and beauty centers as well as recreation and rehabilitation centers and thermal baths. The Hotel will welcome it`s first clients at the beginning of 2004.
