InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong announced that the Hotel will participate in A Symphony of Lights – Phase II on the Kowloon side of Victoria Harbour.

A Symphony of Lights – Phase II aimed to achieve another Guinness world record on 23rd December when Phase II of the show was launched with the participation of 33 buildings on both sides of the Victoria Harbour.

A Symphony of Lights is a multi-media light and sound show that combines special interactive light and musical effects to tell the story of Hong Kong through showcasing the key buildings along both sides of the Victoria Harbour. This new show comprises five major themes, taking spectators on a unique journey celebrating the energy, spirit and diversity of Hong Kong – “Awakening” (symbolizes genesis and powerful growth), “Energy” (signifies vibrant energy), “Heritage” (represents colorful heritage and rich cultural traditions), “Partnership” (connects two sides of the Harbour into one unified partnership), and “Celebration” (represents an even brighter future for Asia’s World City).

“We are delighted and honored to participate in this show which is a wonderful addition and complement to A Symphony of Lights on Hong Kong Island.” said Mr. Peter Pollmeier, General Manager of InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong.
