Hotel reservation platform Treovi begins accepting hotel reservations

A new, 100% commission free online hotel reservation system has just begun accepting new hotel registrations. Treovi, a new start-up based in Switzerland, was launched earlier this summer and offers a completely new way of booking hotels online from traditional, commission-based online travel agencies.

For hoteliers, the clearest advantages of Treovi are; that it’s completely free to join, easy to use, and potentially attractive for guests. Hoteliers can sign up and register their hotel, fill out their inventory, upload photos, and detail other pertinent information, while guests will be able to search for and book hotels online completely free of charge. Treovi makes a simple promise – zero commissions for hoteliers, and no fees whatsoever for hotel guests.

Treovi is now accepting new hotel registrations for hoteliers. Once their application is verified, hoteliers will be able to access an administration panel where they can provide their hotel’s essential information. This includes creating a detailed description of the hotel, setting room availability and rates, and uploading images.

Each hotel that registers with Treovi will be given its own profile page, together with an SEO-friendly URL designed to make it more accessible through search engines.

Guests using Treovi will be able to search for hotels close to their chosen destination, check availability and room rates, and make reservations directly through the platform. Teovi will feature its own internal search engine enabling guests to search by hotel name if they already know where they want to stay, or if not by destination, to access a list of suitable hotels.

Michal Wrobel, one of Treovi’s founders, made the following statement at the launch: “So far, this is just a soft launch – we’re currently still in beta phase as there are lots of things that we need to enhance before we can deliver a truly outstanding experience for both hoteliers and guests. The summer season has already arrived and we want to give hoteliers access to a great new tool, through which they can start receiving commission-free reservations soon as possible.”

Treovi’s official launch is scheduled for August 6, when the service will be made available for guests looking to discover hotels and book rooms online at the best possible price.
