For the third year running, the “ECTW European Chinese Tourists Welcoming award ceremony will be held during the ITB Tourism fair 2006 in Berlin. The award enjoys the support of UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization) and Global Refund Co.
The ECTW Award has been recognized as the most important sign of quality for the growing European Chinese Inbound market. All European National Tourism Organizations, Destination Marketing Organisations, tourism service providers, private companies from the leisure, tourism and hospitality sector as well as transportation and retail companies can apply with their products, services and projects for the “European Chinese Tourist Welcoming Award 2006”.
With the UK now an approved tourism destination for Chinese tourists, promotion boards and tourism companies in the United Kingdom are free to put themselves forward for the award.
