Corsair selects IFE Services as inflight entertainment provider

IFE Services announced that it has been selected by Corsair as its inflight entertainment (IFE) provider. The agreement means that IFE Services will provide the French airline with a regularly updated package of entertainment content for passengers to enjoy across the fleet’s digital AVOD (audio and video on demand), overhead and portable handheld systems.

The IFE content includes latest release and classic movies plus a broad selection of international TV programmes. All the entertainment content will be available in French and English. As well as managing content acquisition, IFE Services will take care of Corsair’s digital encoding and AVOD management requirements.

Corsair is France’s second largest airline and operates scheduled flights to the French West Indies, Reunion, Mauritius, Mayotte, Madagascar, Canada, Senegal and Miami.

“Corsair is an innovative and growing airline focused on providing the best possible passenger experience and exactly the kind of airline we love to support with great IFE,” said Andy McEwan, CEO of IFE Services. “We thoroughly enjoy working with their team and look forward to a long and productive partnership.”

“We are really pleased to be working closely with IFE Services to deliver a great entertainment experience to our passengers,” said Carla Scheuren, IFE Manager of Corsairfly. “We have been particularly impressed by their professionalism and the wide choice of great value content they can provide.”
