FCS expands presence in India with new office in New Delhi

FCS Computer Systems, a leading comprehensive hospitality solutions provider, announces the expansion and relocation of its operations in India to a new office in New Delhi’s DLF Towers. The move gives the company a prominent presence in Jasola, one of New Delhi’s most desirable commercial business districts, and provides a significant foundation for FCS’ future growth in the Indian Peninsula.

With this new base in Delhi NCR along with its established offices in Mumbai and Bangalore, FCS continues to cater to the growing demands of India’s hospitality industry, providing excellent service to existing clients.

“With FCS’ technological enhancements and the multiple products available for the rapidly growing Indian hospitality market, FCS is gearing up to differentiate from its competitors as a single vendor for some of the most innovative solutions targeted at hotel operations and improving guest satisfaction,” says Sudip Mukherjee, senior director of Sales and Operations for FCS in India. “Our new office is equipped with a demo studio to show the full suite of FCS products and their integration to the hotel ecosystem, thus demonstrating to our clients how they can serve their guests better to meet their growing expectations.”

With the new capabilities of its office, FCS will focus on building its brand and increasing its regional client base. “FCS strives to provide the very best hospitality solutions that enhance guest experiences while maximizing hotel operations and productivity,” says Sudip. “We thank our customers who have patronized us and this new office setup and an expanded India team is a step in the direction to the continued commitment to our valued customers.”
