Wyndham Hotels & Resorts inaugurates Wyndham Jomtien Pattaya, marking its debut in Pattaya and expanding its presence in Thailand. This move aligns with Pattaya’s tourism growth, offering diverse attractions and amenities for travelers.

Singapore: Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced the grand opening of Wyndham Jomtien Pattaya, the newest addition to the Wyndham portfolio. This property marks Wyndham’s debut in this emerging destination, Pattaya, and is the brand’s largest property in Thailand.

The introduction of Wyndham Jomtien represents a significant step in Wyndham’s strategic expansion in Pattaya to cater to a substantial surge in both domestic and international tourists that the Pattaya tourism authorities are now seeing. The city is known for its diverse attractions, including cultural landmarks, top-notch water sports facilities, expansive convention centers, and shopping malls. In 2024, Wyndham is set to introduce three more hotels in Pattaya – Trademark Collection by Wyndham, Ramada Plaza by Wyndham, and a second Wyndham – further strengthening Wyndham’s operational presence in Thailand. Ben Schumacher, Vice President of Operations South East Asia & Pacific Rim (SEAPR), Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, shared, “According to recent market reports from the Pattaya tourism authorities, there are ambitious plans to attract a staggering 27 million tourists to Pattaya this year. With the introduction of Wyndham Jomtien, we are proud to showcase our unwavering commitment to investing in Pattaya, ensuring that exceptional experiences and top-notch amenities are available for domestic and international travelers. This is an incredible milestone opening for Wyndham as we recognize the long-term potential of Thailand and continue strengthening our portfolio for owners and guests.”

Puttipop Lertbunjerdjit, General Manager, Wyndham Jomtien, further elaborated, “Pattaya is one of the most visited islands in the world, with its stunning beaches, culturally rich festivals, celebrations, and traditional offerings, complemented by the shopping malls, bars, and waterparks. With the opening of Wyndham Jomtien, we are excited to introduce the allure of Thailand to international travelers wanting to relax, rejuvenate and revitalize their body and souls. We hope to make their stay unforgettable in this culture-rich city of Pattaya.”

Located 32 kilometres from U-Tapao–Rayong–Pattaya International Airport and 125 kilometres from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Wyndham Jomtien Pattaya offers excellent accessibility for travelers. The hotel is located just moments away from the picturesque shores of Jomtien Beach, providing guests with the perfect beach getaway. Its prime location allows for easy exploration of vibrant attractions such as the Pattaya Floating Market, Tiger Park, and Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, allowing guests to immerse in the diverse culture of Pattaya.
