In a rapidly evolving landscape, sustainability has emerged as a cornerstone in shaping the trajectory of hospitality and real estate for Vietnam. This year, alongside insightful discussions on market performance, we will bring some of the best-in-class sustainability experts to share insights and discuss the latest trends, technologies, and strategies driving sustainable development in Vietnam and beyond.

With over 40 international speakers, master presentations, and engaging panel discussions, this event offers a unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders.

Conference Program

The Grand Ballroom will serve as the main stage for a series of discussions and presentations, commencing with a networking session for welcoming guests at 1:30 PM, followed by the opening speech at 2:00 PM. A crucial outlook on both local and global hotel trends will be presented by Jasper Lim, Senior Director, Asia Pacific, STR, from 2:10 PM to 2:20 PM.

Between 2:20 PM and 3:50 PM, the agenda includes a deep dive into the short-term challenges and long-term opportunities for Vietnam real estate by Hieu Do, CFA, Managing Director, Real Estate, VinCapital. The impact of wellness trends on business pivoting will be examined by Scott Bilsborough, Director, Savills Wellness. The discussion on swelling inflation and its effect on the Asia Pacific region will be led by Tapa Bague, Senior Consultant, HOSTS.

A pivotal “Property Talks” segment is scheduled for 3:00 PM to 3:50 PM, featuring Andrew Langdon, Chief Development Officer, Asia, Accor Hotels Group (TBC) and a panel of distinguished industry executives. They will dissect what’s currently happening in the industry, share insights, and forecast trends.

The late afternoon sessions in the Grand Ballroom will continue with a focus on wellness and sustainability in the keynote speeches from 4:20 PM to 5:20 PM, addressing new opportunities for tourism, hospitality, and healthcare. Ruben Toral, Director of Healthcare – Wellness, QUO, will be a notable speaker in this segment.

From 5:20 PM to 6:00 PM, a CEO panel will convene to discuss property trends changing the industry, moderated by Neil MacGregor, Managing Director, Savills Vietnam. The panel includes a diverse group of industry leaders, such as Andy Han Suk Jung, CEO, Alphanam Real Estate.

The day concludes with “HOSKAR Night,” a networking and cocktail event from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, offering an informal setting to foster connections and unwind after the day’s proceedings.

In parallel to the Grand Ballroom events, Masterclass Room 1 and 2 will host sessions on sustainability in action, practical use, and new trends. These will feature an opening speech by Fabio De Cillis, Trade Commissioner, Italian Trade Agency (TBC), and a panel discussion on heritage & culture from 2:40 PM to 3:40 PM. Innovative topics such as sustainability moving forward and embracing & implementing change will be explored by industry experts, including Sergia de Silva, Head of Sustainable Buildings Working Group – GSG – EuroCham Vietnam in discussion with JLL, YOO Asia, and others.
