Conference Program
The Grand Ballroom will serve as the main stage for a series of discussions and presentations, commencing with a networking session for welcoming guests at 1:30 PM, followed by the opening speech at 2:00 PM. A crucial outlook on both local and global hotel trends will be presented by Jasper Lim, Senior Director, Asia Pacific, STR, from 2:10 PM to 2:20 PM.
Between 2:20 PM and 3:50 PM, the agenda includes a deep dive into the short-term challenges and long-term opportunities for Vietnam real estate by Hieu Do, CFA, Managing Director, Real Estate, VinCapital. The impact of wellness trends on business pivoting will be examined by Scott Bilsborough, Director, Savills Wellness. The discussion on swelling inflation and its effect on the Asia Pacific region will be led by Tapa Bague, Senior Consultant, HOSTS.
A pivotal “Property Talks” segment is scheduled for 3:00 PM to 3:50 PM, featuring Andrew Langdon, Chief Development Officer, Asia, Accor Hotels Group (TBC) and a panel of distinguished industry executives. They will dissect what’s currently happening in the industry, share insights, and forecast trends.
The late afternoon sessions in the Grand Ballroom will continue with a focus on wellness and sustainability in the keynote speeches from 4:20 PM to 5:20 PM, addressing new opportunities for tourism, hospitality, and healthcare. Ruben Toral, Director of Healthcare – Wellness, QUO, will be a notable speaker in this segment.
From 5:20 PM to 6:00 PM, a CEO panel will convene to discuss property trends changing the industry, moderated by Neil MacGregor, Managing Director, Savills Vietnam. The panel includes a diverse group of industry leaders, such as Andy Han Suk Jung, CEO, Alphanam Real Estate.
