Sarawak converges Australia’s global business events tribes under Sarawak’s latest campaign

Redefining Global Tribes will congregate prominent association leaders, global industry experts and partners at the Tribal Warrior Challenge, an obstacle course event, in Kuching this August.

Sydney – Sarawak, largest state in Malaysia, made a roaring impact this week at Australia’s business events sector with the unveiling of its latest campaign, Redefining Global Tribes, at the 2017 AuSAE Conference and Exhibition (ACE), the region’s pinnacle event for association professionals organised by Australasian Society of Association Executives(AuSAE).

Representatives of Sarawak also held an exclusive event for over 20 industry experts at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney prior to ACE 2017 to rally the decision makers under one unanimous goal to centre the business events sector as a profound agent and economic catalyst.

“Our relationship with the (Australia) sector has always been terrific. With Australia’s prominence in our boldest campaign to date, Redefining Global Tribes will further accentuate the impact of business events to build a stronger, diverse and more productive global economy,” comments Amelia Roziman, Chief Operating Officer of the Sarawak Convention Bureau.

As the long awaited sequel campaign – inspired by the 55th International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) Congress 2016: Gathering of the Global Tribes held in Sarawak in November 2016 – Redefining Global Tribes will congregate prominent association leaders, global industry experts and partners at the Tribal Warrior Challenge, an obstacle course event, in Kuching this August.
