Following its long-standing tradition of working with emerging incentive markets, The Society of Incentive and Travel Executives (SITE) will host its annual Executive Summit 28 February at the Kerry Center in Beijing, China. One of SITE`s newest member benefits, the day-long event educates local incentive and travel professionals about current and evolving issues that are impacting their business.

Interest in Beijing has always been high and with the region preparing to host the Olympics, incentive and travel professionals everywhere are taking a closer look at what this destination has to offer, said Bill Boyd, CMP, CMM, CITE. Mr. Boyd is the incoming SITE present and president of Sunbelt Motivation & Travel, Inc., Dallas, Texas. Beijing has a lot to offer the incentive industry.

The 2005 SITE Executive Summit features a series of seminars presented by a host of industry experts, including members of the SITE Board of Directors and other industry thought leaders. Scheduled seminars include:

  • Global Views: An Update on Incentive Industry Trends
  • Marketing China as an Incentive Travel Destination in 2005
  • Winning Incentive House Business – And Keeping It!
  • SITE Foundation Research Update
  • Ask the Experts: An Open Question-and-Answer Session

Those incentive and travel professionals attending the SITE Executive Summit in Beijing will draw from an unparalleled pool of industry-based, experiential knowledge presented by some of our market`s brightest minds, said Brenda Anderson, SITE CEO. The net result is that they will return to their businesses armed with practical knowledge and insight they can immediately apply and make an impact on their organization`s ability to meet its goals and objectives.
