Vueling closed 2010 with over 11m. passengers carried

Vueling, the new generation airline, carried 11,036,183 passengers in the January-December 2010 period, which represents a 35% increase when compared with the same period last year.

New routes for summer 2011
For 2011 summer season, Vueling has launched a wide range of new routes representing an increase of 8% in the total capacity of the company. In April 2011, the airline will also open two new international bases, Amsterdam and Toulouse, which will contribute to its international growth strategy. Vueling will offer this summer (March-October) a total of 10.5 million seats compared to 9.8 million offered in the same period of 2010. Vueling’s forecast for 2011 is to maintain the growth path achieved since 2010.
