SINGAPORE – Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (“Vietjet”) has announced that it will increase the frequency of its service between Ho Chi Minh City and Taipei, effective 18 June 2015. From five return flights a week, the airline will now increase it to operate on a daily basis to meet flourishing demand from business and leisure travelers on this route.
The flight will depart Ho Chi Minh City at 2.30pm (local time) and Taipei at 8.00pm (local time) daily. The flight duration per section is approximately 3 hours and 25 minutes.
Vietjet currently operates 150 flights per day with a fleet of 25 Airbus aircraft across 30 routes domestically and internationally. The airline also recently announced the increase in 1,500 flights to provide an additional 270,000 seats to meet the rising passenger demand this summer.
