IMPACT Exhibition Center are the only selected venue by TCEB to be the host of “Blogger Familiarization Trip,” welcoming bloggers from the UK, Australia, Singapore, China, and Taiwan.
Strong alliance between Thailand Exhibition and Convention Bureau (TCEB) and IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd together with IMPACT’s competence to handle any kind and any size of events lands a chance to represent Bangkok in the Business Events industry. IMPACT Exhibition Center are the only selected venue by TCEB to be the host of “Blogger Familiarization Trip,” welcoming bloggers from the UK, Australia, Singapore, China, and Taiwan who are known to be dominant bloggers with a large number of followers worldwide.
Upon arrival, they welcomed bloggers and distinguished guests with international cuisines showcasing their culinary repertoire. Instead of holding a traditional meeting and meal where chairs and tables are commonly visible, they opted for food stations scattered throughout the reception area serving tapas style, offering an unrivaled fare, and manned by actual chefs. Guests were pleased with the food stations that we put together, which included Thai fresh spring roll station, BBQ beef tenderloin, salmon salad, homemade dim sum, and hand crafted fresh fruits, while a fine lady was playing Thai music instrument. The entire room impressed with outstanding decorations creating a wow feeling and giving the whole atmosphere a big kick. People could network, mingle around, and interface freely. We then familiarized them with our business operations via VDO presentation, followed by a warm welcome from our general manager, Loy Joon How, with a brief touch on structure projects in the development pipeline.
IMPACT representatives also hosted a facility tour of exhibition halls including Thailand’s largest pillar-less ballroom, the Royal Jubilee Ballroom. Exploring three giant exhibition halls totaling over 100,000 square meters seemed to be a time consuming endeavor, so we arranged a transportation service door-to- door for our guests to make sure they could catch up with another meeting afterwards. We all enjoyed lunch together at our own operated Terrazza restaurant with a special four-course menu.
