Rebranding Swiss-Belexpress Rest Area KM 19, Cikampek

JAKARTA – Swiss-Belhotel International announces the takeover of the operational management of Kedaton 8 Xpress Hotel located at the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road Rest Area KM 19 from PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk (KDTN), and which was rebranded as Swiss-Belexpress Rest Area Km.19 on June 5th, 2023. Strategically located only 30 minutes from Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport and only 15 minutes from the Bekasi Barat toll gate, this hotel is the right choice for business people, individual travellers, or for families travelling to various cities on the islands of Sumatera, Java and Bali.

This hotel offers comfortable guest rooms with a choice of one, two, or three beds, and room facilities, including electronic door locks, air conditioning in each room, a bathroom with shower, and 2 (two) mineral water bottles. This hotel also provides two meeting rooms or workspaces with a modern – minimalist concept that can accommodate up to 10 persons. It is a perfect choice for business people who need a private meeting room on their way to their next meeting destination.

“PT Puri Sentul Tbk is pleased and proud to partner with Swiss-Belhotel International, which is also a strategic step for the company in developing the hotel business in the Rest Areas. The company expects to build 20 (twenty) Swiss-Belexpress hotels in several Type A rest areas across Java, Bali, and Sumatra toll roads. With its reputation and extensive hotel network, Swiss-Belhotel International will be able to improve awareness of toll road users to stop in the Rest Areas when they are tired. So this can reduce the accident rate on toll roads” said Irene Nursalim as Business Development PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk.

“Swiss-Belexpress Rest Area is a new milestone for Swiss-Belhotel International with a new accommodation concept that will become a role model for the hotel industry in the future, with the massive construction of transportation access and toll roads throughout the islands. The operation of this new concept is a concrete manifestation of our support for tourism development by providing proper accommodation for land travellers who wish to travel across islands via toll roads. We are optimistic that Swiss-Belexpress Rest Area KM 19 Cikampek will become the accommodation choice when crossing the Jakarta – Cikampek toll road,” said Emmanuel Guillard, Senior Vice President of Operations & Development at Swiss-Belhotel International for Indonesia.

Swiss-Belexpress Rest Area KM 19 Cikampek provides guests with comfortable facilities, including a Vehicle Charging Station for the convenience of eco-conscious guests. Package prices are available with 2 (two) options from IDR 195,000 net/room for 4 (four) hours, including FREE 30-minute charging, and IDR 350,000 net/room for 8 (eight) hours, including FREE 60 minutes of charging. Package prices are valid until August 31st, 2023.

“The company hopes that the cooperation between PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk and Swiss-Belhotel International brings a new concept of the hotel industry by forging cooperation that ventures into a market not extensively explored by many companies. We also thank Swiss-Belhotel for their trust and support so we can collaborate in developing the hotel business in the Rest Area. We are also preparing the upcoming Swiss-Belexpress in the Rest Area KM 166 and KM 164 of the Cipali toll road and have reached 60% construction progress with an operational target in Q-2 of 2023” said Aan R, Director & Corporate Secretary of PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk.
