PT SIHM&C signs collaboration agreement with PT Dwi Mitra Sukses to develop new hotel, named Sahid Taras Batam

PT Sahid International Hotel Management & Consultant (PT SIHM&C) or known as Sahid Hotels has signed a collaboration agreement with PT Dwi Mitra Sukses for the management of a new hotel operated in Batam, named with Sahid Taras Batam. An strategic place located in the Taman Raya Square, will be compromising a 174 room.
 

Sahid Taras Batam is a 3 (three) stars hotel that complementing the market demand for strategic locations and slated to open in around 2016. Only about 5 minutes from Bandara International Hang Nadim, 15.5 km from Nagoya area, and only 33 minutes to Jembatan Barelang, Sahid Taras Batam completed with the advantages of the direct access to the Taras Batam Mall.
 

Representing PT SIHM&C in the collaboration agreement signing were Mr. Ir. Hariyadi B. Sukamdani, MM, President Director of PT SIHM&C, dan Mrs. Exacty B. Sryantoro, MBA, Vice President Director of PT SIHM&C. Whereas PT Dwi Mitra Sukses were represented Mr. Aznan Taufik, Director of PT Dwi Mitra Sukses, Mr. Djasarmen Purba, Commissioner of PT Dwi Mitra Sukses and Mr. Fiandi, General Manager of PT Dwi Mitra Sukses. Also present to witness the signing were, Mrs. Exacty B. Sryantoro, MBA, Vice President Director of PT SIHM&C and Mr. Djasarmen Purba, Commissioner of PT Dwi Mitra Sukses.
 

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Ir. Hariyadi B. Sukamdani, MM as a President Director of PT SIHM&C, stated, “We are grateful for the trust and this is an honor for us, Sahid Hotels to cooperate with PT Dwi Mitra Sukses. Furthermore, for the future, I expect that the signing of this Collaboration Agreement will be achieved success for us all. In addition, the signing of this Collaboration Agreement will also add one of Sahid hotels chain in the Riau Islands.“
 

Meanwhile, Mr. Aznan Taufik, Director of PT Dwi Mitra Sukses said, “This signing Collaboration Agreement is a our first response to the many requests of demand market for the hotel location in the airport area, especially with the construction of our buildings are already completed about 30%, its also an excess, so that we can quickly respond to market needs.”
