Yenn Wong, creator of the JIA Boutique Hotels announces the launch of her first restaurant venture in her native city of Singapore. As its name suggests, Graze brings a new concept in contemporary dining to Singapore, creating a relaxing, offbeat yet stylish environment.
Graze follows the successful launch of OPIA, the signature restaurant at JIA Hong Kong which recently won the prestigious accolade “Restaurant of the Year” in the inaugural South China Morning Post/Harpers Bazaar Style Awards and was runner up in the ‘Best New Restaurant’ category in Wallpaper* magazine’s international Judges Awards 2006.
Graze is designed by BURO Architects in association with Hecker Phelan and Guthrie Interiors (HPG). HP&G are responsible for award winning projects such as The Prince Boutique Hotel, Longrain and Comme in Melbourne, and Establishment in Sydney and, together with Buro, the iconic and awarded Botanical Hotel and Reserve Restaurant Melbourne. The group is also designing JIA Boutique Hotels’ new Shanghai property.
