Amadeus, a leading transaction processor and provider of advanced technology solutions for the global travel and tourism industry, today announced that Ian Allan Travel has renewed their long-standing business partnership for another three years.
Established in the early 1990’s, Ian Allan Travel was one of the first Travel Management Companies (TMCs) to use Amadeus’ GDS platform nine years ago. Today the company has expanded its use of travel technology to include the most advanced versions of Amadeus Selling Platform, Amadeus Quality Control and Amadeus e-Travel Management corporate self booking tool.

Ian Allan Travel has also benefitted from the assistance of Amadeus’ Customer Solutions & Delivery team, who are tasked with business analysis and advising how Amadeus customers can streamline operations using the latest system enhancements. A recent exercise resulted in the simplification of some of Ian Allan Travel’s automated processes, which was welcomed by the company’s travel consultants.
