Hotels.com celebrates 10 million welcome rewards members

More than one million free nights awarded to members.

LONDON – Hotels.com, a leading online accommodation booking website, has today announced its Welcome Rewards(R) customer loyalty programme has passed over 10 million members.

In the Welcome Rewards programme, customers can earn a free night at more than 100,000 hotels across the world for every 10 nights stayed, with no blackout dates.

The Top 10 redeemed destinations in the Asia Pacific region in 2013 were:
– Hong Kong
– Singapore
– Tokyo
– Bangkok
– Seoul
– Taipei
– Sydney
– Macau
– Osaka
– Shanghai

Clive Peoples, VP loyalty at the Hotels.com brand, commented, “Ten million members is a significant milestone, and one which we are extremely proud of. We set out to make this an easy-to-use programme which would reward our customers generously, so it’s great to see the growing uptake of Welcome Rewards.”

“We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our members for their ongoing support. Welcome Rewards is our way of giving back to our loyal customers, providing them with a loyalty programme that is easy to use and rewarding.”
