Context Travel announced that is has become a Certified B Corporation, only the third company from the travel industry to do so.
B Corporations are a new kind of company that uses the power of business to solve social and environmental problems. Certified B Corporations meet higher standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Both Businessweek and INC have devoted significant pages in the past six months to B Corporations and the growing arena of social ventures.
“This is the obvious next step for Context as we develop and hone our business,” says co-founder Paul Bennett. “We’ve grown considerably over the past three years and now operate our walking seminars in 15 different cities. Yet, keeping our social mission at the forefront of what we do is critical for ongoing success. B Corporation status allows us to continue our mission of sustaining the character of the great cities of the world as we evolve into a key player in urban tourism.”

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales.
