Accor named Official Partner of Tina – The Tina Turner Musical in Australia

Also, Accor Pacific has been named the Official Accommodation Partner of the 2023 Ten Days on the Island festival taking place across Lutruwita/Tasmania from March 10–19.

Accor Pacific announced it is an Official Partner of TINA – The Tina Turner Musical in Australia, produced by TEG Dainty. This landmark announcement builds on Accor’s commitment to delivering exceptional and unforgettable experiences for ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty members, and complements the leading cultural, entertainment and sporting events headlining at Accor Stadium.

TINA – The Tina Turner Musical is produced by TEG Dainty in association with Stage Entertainment, Tali Pelman and Tina Turner. The partnership will see cast and crew from the musical make an Accor hotel their home throughout their stay in Sydney.

Featuring more than 20 of Tina Turner’s iconic songs including, Simply The Best, What’s Love Got To Do With It, and Proud Mary, this heart-pumping production will raise the roof at Theatre Royal Sydney from May 2023.

Presented in association with Tina Turner herself, the smash hit TINA – The Tina Turner Musical celebrates the untold story of a woman who dared to defy the bounds of her age, gender and race to become the Queen of rock n’ roll.

Also, Accor Pacific has been named the Official Accommodation Partner of the 2023 Ten Days on the Island festival taking place across Lutruwita/Tasmania from March 10–19.

The Festival starts in the south of the state, before heading north and concluding with a grand finale in the north-west, making it a great opportunity to embark on a Tasmanian road trip.

There’s so much to see and do, including mapali, Sunset Gathering, a free, family-friendly celebration which concludes the Festival at sunset at the banks of the river at Devonport. The river mouth, where saltwater meets fresh, is a site of powerful significance to First Nations people.

Ten Days Artistic Director, Lindy Hume, welcomed the partnership with Accor. “Our 2023 program connects audiences to global, national and local artists in urban and regional spaces right across Lutruwita/Tasmania and we are delighted that visitors and locals alike can choose from a wonderful array of well-appointed Accor hotels to add to their festival experience.”

“The 2023 Ten Days program abounds with epic themes, Gods, myths, water stories, life and death, a celebration of our shared humanity, and all things rebellious, daring and vital,” Ms Hume added.
