First Light is the latest property in the Dreamtime Resorts portfolio and each apartment features high quality fittings, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, lounge area and private balconies. Guests also have access to a fitness room, swimming pool and outside BBQ area.

Mooloolaba is located on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, just 20 minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport, and 90 minutes from Brisbane Airport.

First Light’s hotel manager, Brigid Clarke, said that the apartment property offered excellent value accommodation in the heart of Mooloolaba’s beachfront strip.

The location of First Light really offers the best of the green and the gold,” said Ms Clarke. “It’s positioned on First Avenue, just steps away from Mooloolaba’s myriad collection of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops, but with the added benefit of being set back just enough to enjoy the best of the Hinterland views.”

The apartments are all very light and bright, with generous balconies for guests to relax and enjoy the views. During winter guests in ocean facing apartments will be able to see humpback whales migrating up the coast. Mooloolaba has become a popular base for ‘swimming with whales’ and offers many other aquatic activities and events, including Ironman and triathlons.”

Mooloolaba has also gained a worldwide reputation as a leading fishing port and there are over 100 restaurants and cafes along the beachfront where you can enjoy the Sunshine Coast’s renowned seafood and other fresh produce.”

There are very exciting plans ahead for Mooloolaba’s future development, which will build on the town’s existing status as one of Australia’s most attractive coastal resort destinations. We believe that the addition of high-quality accommodation in the First Light development will make Mooloolaba an even more attractive destination for international and Australian visitors.
