Richard first joined TAUZIA back in May 2011 when he started off as Duty Manager at HARRIS Hotel & Residences Riverview Kuta – Bali before eventually moving up as Assistant Hotel Manager for HARRIS-POP! Hotel & Conventions Gubeng Surabaya in January 2015.
