Mandarin Oriental, Macau offers a Fireworks Celebration package

HONG KONG – Mandarin Oriental, Macau invites guests to enjoy a splendid staycation with a Fireworks Celebration package, sure to make this year’s Macau International Fireworks Display Contest a spectacle to remember. Guests will enjoy the best views of the fireworks display from the comfort of their luxurious room, and indulge in an exquisite fireworks degustation menu at the hotel’s signature Vida Rica Restaurant. 
 

The Fireworks Celebration package is available on 20, 27 September and 1 October 2014. It includes:

– One night’s accommodation in a luxurious guestroom or suite with views of the fireworks display through the floor-to-ceiling windows

– A four-course fireworks degustation dinner for two featuring Chef Dominique Bugnand’s contemporary approach to classic French cuisine at Vida Rica Restaurant

– Buffet breakfast for two at Vida Rica Restaurant 
 

Package rates are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax. A seven-day advance reservation is required whilst the offer is subject to availability. 
 

Food connoisseurs can indulge in a Fireworks Degustation dinner menu at Vida Rica Restaurant from now to 1 October 2014. Featured dishes include licorice langoustine tail with avocado cannelloni and Espelette chilli oil, double boiled octopus consommé with seaweed waffle and squid ink spaghetti, and seared tuna belly with citrus black pepper and tuna-caper espuma, all cooked to perfection.
 

Vida Rica Bar, with a superb location and views of the fireworks, is offering a Fireworks Celebration Buffet between 7:30pm and 10pm on 20, 27 September and 1 October. Guests can enjoy an oyster and seafood bar, assorted sushi and sashimi, Portuguese specialties, all-time Chinese favourites and a delectable selection of desserts. Prices are subject to 10% service charge.
