Jetstar Asia appoints John Simeone as CEO, heralding a new era of growth and connectivity for the Singapore-based airline.
SINGAPORE – After nearly 12 years as Jetstar Asia’s Chief Executive Officer, Barathan Pasupathi will step down from the role to pursue other opportunities, effective 1 March 2024.
Jetstar Asia has announced John Simeone will become the new Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore low- cost carrier.
John lives in Singapore and currently works as Qantas’ Senior Vice President for Asia. He has over 30 years of global experience in the aviation industry with a career that spans key airline commercial and operational functions including Network Planning, Revenue Management and Sales.
