Jetstar Asia announces new routes to Krabi, Thailand, and Clark, Philippines, enhancing its Southeast Asian network starting June 2024.
SINGAPORE – Jetstar Asia has announced the launch of two highly anticipated direct routes to Krabi, Thailand, and Clark, Philippines, boosting international capacity out of Singapore.
Commencing on 7 June 2024, the Singapore-based low-cost carrier will fly six weekly return services to the stunning resort town of Krabi, offering over 60,000 low fares between Singapore and the popular holiday destination each year.
Flights to Clark will take off from Singapore’s Changi International Airport on 16 June 2024, initially operating four weekly return services before increasing to five weekly services from 18 October 2024, serving more than 45,000 customers on the Clark route by the end of 2024.
Krabi, renowned for its stunning beaches and limestone cliffs, becomes an exciting addition to Jetstar Asia’s portfolio of tropical getaways. Meanwhile, Clark, nestled in the heart of the Philippines, serves as a gateway to the country’s vibrant culture and breathtaking landscapes.
Both routes will be operated on the airline’s growing fleet of Airbus A320s and supported by Jetstar Asia’s significant recruitment drive aimed at meeting the growing demand for travel within the region.
Jetstar Asia CEO, John Simeone said the move reinforced Jetstar Asia’s commitment to expanding its Southeast Asian network and providing enhanced connectivity and a wide range of travel options for its customers.
