The 2024 Bangkok Chef Charity Fundraising Gala, attended by Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, showcased 32 chefs from prestigious Michelin-starred venues, raising 17.7 million Baht for healthcare through culinary excellence.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously presided at the much-awaited 2024 Bangkok Chef Charity Fundraising Gala Lunch, organized by Nuntiya Intralib (seated front row 4th from right) of Jivanand Co., Ltd., at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok recently.

In its 11th edition, the 2024 Bangkok Chef Charity extravaganza was participated by 32 culinary maestros from 11 Michelin-starred restaurants, five-star hotels and leading culinary academies in Bangkok as well as Michelin-starred restaurants from The Peninsula Hong Kong, along with 13 junior chefs selected from leading schools in Bangkok. Together, they delivered an exceptional and unforgettable dining experience showcasing their creativity and distinct styles for 380 distinguished guests in attendance. A selection of 16 kinds of canapes was served with champagne prior to the 11-course epicurean menu paired with the finest wines from Tops Wine Cellar.

The event also collected funds amounting to Baht 17.7 million. These donations in addition to revenue from ticket sales have been transferred directly to Her Royal Highness’ Debaratana Vejjanukula Foundation to benefit hospitals under the Foundation.
