KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA – The anticipation builds for the 17th Edition of Food & Hotel Malaysia 2023 (FHM), the nation’s top biennial trade-only food and hospitality exhibition. Scheduled from September 19 to 22, 2023, at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), this four-day event has established itself as the leading industry trade exhibition for regional players. Expect to witness 1,500 participating exhibitors, leading brands, and 25,000 attendees, fostering a dynamic multinational environment to stimulate collaboration and innovation within the food and hospitality community.

Pre-registrations for FHM 2023 have already surged, with trade visitors from over 40 countries and regions, including Australia, Canada, mainland China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, and more.

15 international pavilions will further underline robust global participation, unveiling the latest in food and hospitality offerings from their respective countries and regions. This year’s participation encompasses countries such as Australia, Belgium, mainland China, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, India, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan Region, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.

FHM 2023 promises fresh highlights with new collaborations and activities making their debut, including Housekeeping Malaysia 2023 by the Malaysian Association of Housekeepers (MAHIR), a special industry conference titled Central Kitchens – The Future Is Now! by Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI), CRAFTED @ FHM 2023 by The Craftsmen Sdn Bhd, and HOTELEX Malaysia, organized by Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets, co-located with FHM 2023.

With a blend of crowd-pleasing activities and events retained, such as the Pastry Innovation Lab organized by Professional Culinaire Association (Malaysia PCA), Wine Trend Talks, and the prestigious Culinaire Malaysia 2023 culinary competition, FHM 2023 offers a holistic experience.
