Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) announced the appointment of Roy Goldschmitt to the role of Global Chief Technology Officer, Core Services for all Corporate brands of Flight Centre Travel Group.
Based at the company’s Boston office, Goldschmitt will be responsible for the core shared services that power the customer facing products of FCM and Corporate Traveler and the effectiveness and productivity of its consultants. These services include the business rule & automation platform guaranteeing our data quality, traveler profile & API platforms, and sales and marketing automation. His arrival coincides with the global rollout of new ground-breaking technology offerings for both corporate brands.

Having enjoyed a productive travel technology career stretching two decades, Goldschmitt joins from Amadeus, where he held the position of Director, Product Development. Experienced in crafting innovative high-scale solutions for airlines and corporate customers and shaping business processes and technology solutions for global organizations, he also has a background in building and leading global teams across North America, Europe, and India.
