Accor’s Kay Goodman, VP of Academy & Talent Development, earns a spot in HRD’s 2023 HR Global 100 list for her transformative contributions in human resources.

Accor announced that Kay Goodman, Vice President of Accor Academy & Talent Development for Accor’s Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific region, has been named among the distinguished professionals in Human Resources Director’s (HRD) coveted 2023 HR Global 100 list.

This annual report shines a spotlight on outstanding HR professionals making a positive difference and driving transformative change across the industry. The list features leaders who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to their companies and people over the past 12 months, navigating challenges and driving innovation.

Kay Goodman’s inclusion in the HR Global 100 list is a reflection of her exceptional leadership journey at Accor.

Kay oversees the Accor Academy within the Accor network, covering the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific region. This role involves uniting 40 countries, managing over 120,000 team members, 1,000+ hotels, and an expanding portfolio of adjacent businesses. Kay is also a member of Accor’s Talent & Culture executive team.

Leveraging more than three decades of diverse experience across various levels within renowned international brands and holding qualifications across multiple disciplines, Kay brings a wealth of expertise in leadership development, driving organisational change, fostering cultural transformation, and strategic planning.
