Thailand events calendar for Countdown 2024

The two main “Amazing Thailand Countdown 2024” events hosted by TAT will be at Wat Arun in Bangkok and the Provincial Hall in Nakhon Ratchasima.

Countdown 2024 in Thailand promises to amaze and delight visitors from around the world with memorable spectacles. Leading the chart are the ‘Amazing Thailand Countdown 2024’ at Wat Arun in Bangkok and the ‘Korat Winter Festival and Countdown 2024’ in Nakhon Ratchasima – both organised by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).

Throughout Thailand, New Year celebrations will take place in many different locations. Here are some notable destinations to bid farewell to 2023 and welcome 2024 in Thailand.

Activities: Traditional and contemporary performances, including Khon masked dance, music concert, ancient-style food market, and multimedia show.

Korat Winter Festival and Countdown 2024

Highlight: New Year countdown and Nakhon Ratchasima’s 555th anniversary fireworks display
Activities: Light up decorations and music concert.
