RAYONG – Novotel has opened a city hotel in Rayong, Thailand. Novotel Rayong Star Convention Centre brings the brand’s signature experiences to life with naturally intuitive design and spacious modular rooms, nutritious food, and a wide range of rewarding experiences for business guests and families alike.

Rayong has long served as a unique weekend getaway destination for residents of Bangkok, located just two-and-a-half-hours drive from Bangkok and Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The city has a well-deserved reputation for its seafood products, tropical fruits, the famous night market, and delicious local restaurants. For business travellers seeking a prime location near to the Mapthaput Industry Area, the hotel is just a 30 minutes’ drive away, while Utapao Airport is located within an hour’s drive. The natural tones and materials throughout the hotel bring out a relaxing atmosphere, allowing guests to truly unwind and recharge, in the 234 rooms inspired by nature, with elements reminiscent of rocks and waves.

The hotel offers two dining options for guests. The all-day dining restaurant Food Exchange, serves fresh seafood from local fishermen, as well as delectable Asian cuisine. After 8 Bar & Lounge is an exciting addition to the Rayong food scene, offering a casual and cosy space perfect for a morning coffee, an afternoon light bite or a pre-dinner signature cocktail with live music.

With its floor-to-ceiling height of seven meters, the hotel’s pillarless conference and event venue can accommodate up to 1,200 guests, with a dynamic layout suitable for a range of corporate and social events.

Novotel Rayong Star Convention Centre offers a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool which offers an energising place to start the day off with a splash.
