The return of Regent Hotels & Resorts to Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour is a notable highlight. This iconic brand, known for its luxury and elegance, promises to elevate the hospitality experience in one of the world’s most dynamic cities.

Further into Southeast Asia, IHG has introduced the InterContinental Chiang Mai The Mae Ping in Thailand. This property is set to blend local charm with IHG’s renowned service standards, offering guests an immersive cultural experience.

In the bustling city of Bangkok, the InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit has opened its doors. Positioned in the vibrant Thonglor district, this hotel marries traditional Thai craftsmanship with contemporary design, appealing to modern, sophisticated travelers.

Malaysia also sees IHG’s growth with the debut of Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts. This new property aligns with IHG’s strategy to cater to both business and leisure travelers, offering modern amenities and local experiences.

The expansion continued in Australia with the opening of Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point. This 105-room hotel, located in the creative and lively Kings Cross neighbourhood, marks Hotel Indigo’s debut in Sydney. It features a multi-million-dollar refurbishment inspired by the local area’s vibrant history as a hub for artists and entertainers. The hotel, nestled behind Sydney’s iconic neon Coca-Cola sign, offers guests a front-row seat to the neighbourhood’s rich culture and entertainment scene.

IHG’s expansion in these regions reflects its commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, catering to a diverse range of travelers, from luxury seekers in Hong Kong to cultural enthusiasts in Chiang Mai and business travelers in Kuala Lumpur. This strategic growth underscores IHG’s focus on diversifying its portfolio and strengthening its presence across key markets in the Asia-Pacific region.

With these new openings, IHG continues to demonstrate its commitment to delivering diverse and culturally rich hospitality experiences, catering to a wide range of travelers across the Asia-Pacific region.
