SINGAPORE – Hilton Singapore Orchard’s first wedding show of the year will happen on Sunday, 7 May 2023, during which the hotel will debut its new wedding venue – The Manor, an exclusive, designer-inspired botanical enclave ideal for couples who are looking for a one-of-a kind wedding venue. The hotel will also launch new wedding illustrations curated in collaboration with local stationer – A Brush With Mel, and four new enchanting wedding themes.

Happening on Sunday, 7 May 2023, from 10am to 6pm and available on an appointment basis, the wedding showcase will give pre-weds a one-on-one opportunity to consult with seasoned wedding curators from Hilton Singapore Orchard and receive a first look of The Manor, the hotel’s new wedding venue, being brought to life with a gorgeous display of florals which exude romance and botanical elegance. Couples will also be able to sample the exquisite culinary menu specially curated for weddings held at The Manor. In addition, the hotel’s four new wedding themes and bespoke illustrations will make their debut during the show.

“As Hilton’s brand-defining hotel in Singapore, weddings at Hilton Singapore Orchard have been thoughtfully designed to offer couples a uniquely Hilton experience for the most important day of their lives. To this end, The Manor is a game-changer for our wedding offerings. It is the perfect destination for stylish couples who are looking to celebrate their special day in a different way, and perfectly complements our existing wedding capabilities that already cater to larger celebrations. With this new offering and more, we are thrilled to invite couples to say ‘I Do’ with us, because doing so is saying ‘I Do’ for a lifetime,” said Cedric Nubul, general manager, Hilton Singapore Orchard.

Hilton Singapore Orchard’s inspiring new wedding venue, The Manor on Level Five, made its debut during the wedding showcase on 7 May. Also known as the Smart Oasis, a space used for meetings and events, The Manor is an interconnected space comprising seven beautifully appointed function rooms of varying sizes, complemented with stylish and botanical-forward communal areas that are elegantly transformed into a romantic, floral paradise perfect for matrimonial celebrations. The Manor can now be booked by couples looking to celebrate their big day in this exclusive venue surrounded by their closest family and friends.

The Manor, with its designer-inspired residential feel, is truly a one-of-a-kind venue for wedding celebrations that sets it apart from traditional wedding venues. It is also an ideal venue for cosy celebrations where the most meaningful connections and intimate moments take place.

Blending in its design elements of nature and botanical-inspired features including an illuminated Barrisol stretched ceiling and a landscaped indoor garden, the setting, which is reminiscent of an urban oasis provides a perfect backdrop for wedding photos and adds an ethereal touch of nature to the venue’s already stunning ambience. From winter wonderlands to summer gardens, the enchanting atmosphere can also be further transformed and curated to match each couple’s unique vision of their picture-perfect fairy-tale wedding.

The space has also been thoughtfully designed to offer a variety of customisable areas, allowing couples the flexibility to bring their dream wedding themes to life. For instance, the Mahogany room is an ideal sit-down dinner area for up to 80 people designed for the couple and their closest family members. Another room, Rhu, is a perfect space for solemnisations
that can fit up to 35 people. Tembusu provides a sit-down round table dinner setting for the couple’s extended family members and friends that fits up to 48 people. A range of modular, private spaces are also available for the bride and groom’s pre-wedding preparations, alongside special corners for bridesmaids and even children to be part of the celebrations. A variety of flexible rooms and communal areas like the open pantry and courtyard offer ample space for the couple and their guests to mingle, connect, and create everlasting memories. Weddings at The Manor are nothing short of magical. Complementing the spectacular setting is an exquisite Western menu specially curated for the venue by the hotel’s Director of Culinary Vijayakant Shanmugam, featuring individually plated dishes such as Lobster Bisque with Cognac, Pan Fried Toothfish and Black Angus Beef Tenderloin. The exceptional culinary offering also extends into the open pantry and courtyard, where guests are treated to gourmet delights as they engage in hearty conversations while a dedicated team of butlers extend exemplary service and the signature Hilton hospitality. Be dazzled by the beautifully decorated Dessert Bar of artisanal sweets like the unmissable Macaron Tower and Croquembouche, Forêt Noire and Marsala Wine Tiramisu, or indulge in a range of premium European cheeses and fresh fruits. The culinary experience can also be enlivened with an Ice Bar at an additional top-up that features a showstopping ice carving with bottles of champagne and spirits to deliver a lasting impression of elegance and grandeur for the couple and their invited guests. While The Manor caters to wedding celebrations of a more intimate and exclusive nature, Hilton Singapore Orchard also offers couples with dreams of a more grandiose celebration, the option of holding their weddings in either of the hotel’s two expansive ballrooms. The pillar-less Grand Ballroom on Level Six accommodates up to 800 guests for lavish celebrations and comes fitted with sparkling chandeliers and flexible LED walls which can be combined into a large digital canvas backdrop, perfect for capturing memorable moments of the couples’ first march-in. The Imperial Ballroom on Level 35 is another popular option, a uniquely designed four-tiered amphitheatre style ballroom for up to 220 guests with impressive LED walls and stunning views of Orchard Road.

Hilton Singapore Orchard has also partnered with local self-taught watercolour artist and wedding stationer, A Brush With Mel, to create three bespoke illustrations that couples can choose for their wedding. These specially designed illustrations are a series of mixed media and digital paintings featuring ethereal floral and abstract motifs that complement the hotel’s
botanical-inspired interiors and the couple’s choice of wedding theme. Couples will be able to customise their wedding and choose their preferred illustration as their menu design and project on the ballrooms’ LED walls as their digital backdrop for the grand march-in.

For this once in a lifetime event, Hilton Singapore Orchard has curated four new themes that soon-to-wed couples can select to reflect their own style and personality. Each couple is assigned a team of experienced wedding curators who will work to create a truly unforgettable, bespoke experience so couples can focus on what matters: saying ‘I Do’.

  • Classic Elegance: As its name suggests, Classic Elegance is a theme for couples looking to exchange their vows in a timeless setting of pink, white and autumn hues, with enchanting florals of eustoma, baby’s breath, English roses and hydrangeas.
  • Whimsical Garden: An idyllic setting designed for couples with a more playful nature, the venue is transformed into a Garden of Eden with whimsical shades of pink, white and purple matthiola, English roses and eustomas amidst a lush greenery of smilax and blooming wisteria.
  • Bohemian Chic: For the more unconventional couples who still desire an elegant and romantic setting, prominent elements of the décor include towering rose-gold stands of classic red roses with pink eustomas, hydrangeas and purple pampas.
  • Luxe Foliage: Couples seeking an opulent display can look no further than Luxe Foliage where the space is transformed into a botanical garden-like setting with pink roses and white hydrangeas accentuated with lush greens of eucalyptus and snowing ivy for a chic, naturalesque backdrop.
