Accor amplifies its footprint in Asia with the introduction of five new properties in Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, and India, targeting diverse travel needs from economy to premium segments.

SINGAPORE – Accor has opened five new properties across Vietnam, Singapore Philippines and India throughout August and September. The openings demonstrate Accor’s commitment to growth across Asia, further strengthening the Group’s Premium, Midscale and Economy footprint across the region.

From setting a new tempo for modern travellers to Singapore with the opening of Pullman Singapore Hill Street, to strengthening our presence in the vibrant District 7 of Ho Chi Minh, the last two months have paid testament to Accor’s unwavering focus on providing unparalleled and varied hospitality experience across Asia. The reopening of Mövenpick Mactan Cebu demonstrates our commitment not only to growth, but to hospitality excellence,” said Garth Simmons, Chief Executive Officer, Premium, Midscale and Economy Division for Accor in Asia.

Pullman Singapore Hill Street (Singapore)

Pullman Singapore Hill Street is poised to become the ultimate playground for modern travellers, who can call its 350 rooms their base. The property is the most story-led property under the Pullman brand, reimagining the legacy of George Pullman‘s sleeping cars, offering a modern twist from the moment guests enter. With a forward-thinking approach, the hotel focuses on high-touch hospitality.

The property maintains a strong commitment to sustainability; solar panels power corridor lights, whilst a programmed irrigation system ensures efficient water management by releasing precise amounts at determined times to sustain pockets of greenery.

Three distinct dining concepts present cosmopolitan flavors; Madisone’s All-American deli offers New York-style bagels and coffee from Sarnies, whilst MOGA is a modern Japanese izakaya-meets-coffee bar. Perched on the hotel’s roof is El Chido, a Mexican-themed swim-up bar.

Novotel Living Saigon South (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

Marking Accor’s seventh property in Ho Chi Minh City, and the first Novotel Living branded hotel in Vietnam, Novotel Living Saigon boasts an excellent location, just two minutes’ walk from Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC). The extended stay concept is designed to keep travellers comfortable and connected, no matter how long they stay, and is thus ideal for corporate travellers and families on short or extended visits to this dynamic commercial hub.

A collection of 175 contemporary studios, one and two-bedroom apartments are complemented by a spacious all-day-dining restaurant, a sunlit fitness center, complete with sauna and steam bath facilities, as well as convenient shared laundry amenities. For corporate guests, Novotel Living Saigon South features a choice of three function rooms.

ibis styles Goa Vagator (Goa, India)

ibis Styles Goa Vagator, the second ibis Styles hotel in Goa, caters to the lifestyle preferences of modern travellers through the creative design – heavily influenced by Goan culture – and playful atmosphere that have become synonymous with ibis Styles.

The 142-room resort’s prime location offers guests easy access to medieval forts, scenic beaches, and Goa’s bustling dining scene, whilst interiors feature a vibrant palette of pastel hues. The property celebrates contemporary artists, with original artwork from emerging talents on display throughout the hotel.

ibis Styles Goa Vagator has introduced an introductory offer of “Pay What You Want,” a signature offering from the ibis brands, which is exclusively available for members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s lifestyle loyalty programme.

Grand Mercure Agra Fatehbad Road (Agra, India)

Grand Mercure Agra, which lies within a brief from the Taj Mahal, envelopes guests into the rich tapestry of Agra’s cultural heritage. The sophisticated property comprises 168 meticulously designed rooms, whilst a rooftop swimming pool is set against the mesmerizing backdrop of the Taj Mahal.

A state-of-the-art fitness center and Nirvana Spa complete the wellness offerings, whilst a trio of dining concepts fuel guests after a day of exploring.

Mövenpick Mactan Cebu (Cebu, Philippines)

Mövenpick Mactan Cebu is ready to welcome guests to it 60 refreshed and brand-new rooms and suites, each boasting exhilarating views of the Mactan sea. The new One Bedroom Suite Oceanfront and Family Suite Two Bedroom Oceanfront stand out with their modern and cozy interiors.

As part of the refurbishment, the property will introduce new Executive Chef Eric Soon. Hailing from Malaysia, Eric has extensive culinary experience across Dubai, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. His expertise will transform The Forum, the poolside restaurant with a great view of the private beach, into Mactan’s most sought-after Southeast Asian restaurant.

The property’s renowned Ibiza Beach Club is set to reopen in July 2024, offering unrivaled entertainment and lifestyle dining. The architecture, ambiance, and ocean views combine to make it the ultimate place to unwind and enjoy the best that Mactan has to offer.
