Renovations have begun on two of the conversion properties in Sydney located in the CBD and St Leonards, with both properties due for completion later this year. Situated in Brisbane’s south, located in Mount Gravatt, the third property which will be the inaugural extended stay SureStay Studio, will be converted from its existing residential apartments into 2-bedroom accommodations.
