Jones the Grocer unveils new artisan café and restaurant at Changi Airport

Jones the Grocer expands at Changi Airport, Terminal 2, offering travellers gourmet dining, handcrafted cocktails, and unique retail options in a duplex setting.

SINGAPORE – Jones the Grocer has opened an artisan café, pizzeria, bar  and restaurant at Changi Airport, Terminal 2. The iconic split-level duplex unit was developed in partnership with SSP Group, a leading operator of food and beverage outlets in travel locations worldwide. The expansion of the brand onto level three of the terminal follows the successful debut of the Jones the Grocer on the lower level in October last year.

Comprising over 6,600 square feet on two levels at Door 1 in the Departure Hall of Terminal 2, with proximity to the MRT and access to Jewel Mall, the establishment offers a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere, designed to provide travellers with a comfortable and memorable gourmet dining experience.

The upper level boasts expert chefs who prepare Jones the Grocer’s modern, globally-influenced food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a theatre kitchen, enabling travellers to see their food as it’s cooked. At the island bar, which offers sweeping views of the terminal, bar staff serve handcrafted cocktails and small bites. Customers can choose hand-thrown pizzas baked in a traditional Italian pizza oven. There is also a specially created ‘retail zone’ that features hand-picked gourmet retail options.
