On behalf of Resorts World Cruises, we are excited to have both our ships, the Genting Dream and the Resorts World One homeport in Singapore for the first time together. Demand for our brand has been very positive and we are taking this opportunity to have both our ships fulfil demand during the peak season of the local school holidays,” said Mr. Michael Goh, President of Resorts World Cruises. “With the Resorts World One special departures from Singapore, we are also introducing new and unique destinations that include Ho Chi Minh City, Con Son Island, Redang Island, Bangkok and Ko Samui, which will further boost our domestic and inbound Fly-Cruise segment,” he added.

Among some of Resorts World One’s new destination highlights from Singapore include three amazing cities – Bangkok (Thailand), Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) and Jakarta (Indonesia). Each city has its distinct characters with Bangkok famous for its historical and cultural attractions, shopping, local delicacies, night markets and nightlife. The city of Ho Chi Minh, a freewheeling, cosmopolitan metropolis known for its energy that combines the old and new of Vietnam, showcasing the city’s past as well as its progress to the future. Lastly, Jakarta is another dynamic and vibrant city that is known for its chaotic charm with exciting local cuisines, cultural diversity, strong heritage, historical landmarks and sprawling shopping malls that caters to all walks of life.

From the high-octane energies of the cities, it’s time to relax and set sail to the beautiful islands of Ko Samui (Thailand) and Redang (Malaysia), as well as the chance to discover less traveled destinations such as Con Son Island in Vietnam. Con Son Island is one the rarer and secluded destinations that is worth the journey, as the island is famed for its pristine nature, temples and hospitality; with museums and historical sites dating back to the Vietnam war. On the other hand, Ko Samui is no stranger to beach lovers with its powdery white sands, crystal clear waters, tropical landscape and famous religious landmarks. Off the east coast of Malaysia is Redang Island, a haven for divers and snorkellers featuring a locally protected marine environment with lush forest, white sands and blue waters.

While cruising at sea, guests will also get to enjoy the ship’s onboard offerings, as the Resorts World One is truly ‘A Resort Cruising at Sea’. Discover international and authentic Asian cuisines and beverages across 18 restaurants and bars, including Muslim-friendly cuisines; a Roman-themed Parthenon Pool with a Caesar’s Slide and Jacuzzis, fun virtual games; onboard duty-free shopping with a wide selection of brands and products; rejuvenating spas; enrichment workshops; movie nights at sea and more.

Cruise fares are also inclusive of complimentary dining at selected onboard venues with Muslim-friendly cuisines and offerings, as well as free access to LIVE international stage shows and entertainment, as well as usage of recreational activities. Within your cruise package, guests may choose a variety of accommodations from Interior Staterooms to Oceanview, Balcony staterooms and the luxury suites, “The Palace” – a luxury ship-within-a ship’ private all-suite enclave with exclusive restaurant, sundeck, gym and other facilities, including its own 24-hour European style butler service.
