Cruise Traveller appointed exclusive Australian partner for Hebridean Island Cruises

The line’s itineraries focus on the rugged islands, remote coastal villages, wild scenery, abundant wildlife and colourful Gaelic culture of Scotland’s more remote regions as well as less visited areas of Ireland.

Small ship cruising specialist, Cruise Traveller, has been appointed as the exclusive Australian representative for boutique, UK-based line, Hebridean Island Cruises, which takes intrepid travellers on journeys of discovery to wild and remote stretches of Scotland, the Scottish islands of The Hebrides Islands, and Ireland.

To mark the new partnership as the Australian booking agent for Hebridean Island Cruises, Cruise Traveller has released a special, exclusive, double cruise package in the British Isles.

Hebridean Island Cruises operates two vessels – the famous, 48-guest Hebridean Princess, renowned as the smallest luxury cruise ship in the world, and the 38-guest Lord of the Highlands. Both celebrate the gentle pleasures of cruising and are akin to stylish country houses on water, with an ambience of relaxed elegance, luxurious décor, maritime tradition, personal service and shared conviviality.

Onboard you will find none of the brash garishness so often associated with cruise ships. Instead, Hebridean Island Cruises welcomes guests into an atmosphere where service and comfort are paramount, echoing the line’s philosophy that ‘small is personal’, giving a small number of guests the very special ‘Hebridean Experience’ of luxury cruising.

The company also boasts an enviable, long-standing reputation for unrivalled service, fine cuisine and wine and attention to detail. Hebridean Island Cruises’ fares are also truly all-inclusive, canvassing all meals, snacks, beverages, shore experiences and gratuities and use of the ship’s bicycles and fishing gear. Hebridean Island Cruises is also well-known for catering to the needs of solo travellers with dedicated singles’ cabins and special fares for solo guests.

The line’s itineraries focus on the rugged islands, remote coastal villages, wild scenery, abundant wildlife and colourful Gaelic culture of Scotland’s more remote regions as well as less visited areas of Ireland.

Cruise Traveller Product Manager, Sam Patton, said the company was delighted Hebridean Island Cruises had joined its growing, international portfolio of boutique cruise brands. “We are so excited about our new partnership with specialty small ship cruise line, Hebridean Island Cruises,” Ms Patton said. “Incredible itineraries into and around Scotland, Ireland and along Scotland’s Caledonian Canal provide a depth of travel just not possible with any other cruise line or tour operator. We can’t wait to introduce this all-inclusive product to Australians seeking truly experiential luxury travel in the British Isles.”

The Sales, Marketing and Guest Liaison Manager for Hebridean Island Cruises, Jonathan Moffatt, said: “We’re extremely happy to be partnering with Cruise Traveller, bringing our two small luxury cruise ships, Hebridean Princess and Lord of the Highlands, to the flourishing Australian cruise market. With Cruise Traveller’s well-established reputation and expertise in niche cruise operations, we’re very much looking forward to be developing our presence in Australia and welcoming more Australians onboard our unique ships.”
