WORLDHOTELS is participating in this year`s International Travel Expo Hong Kong M.I.C.E.. ITE 2006 is one of Asia`s largest travel expos, being staged from June 15-18 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The International Travel Expo M.I.C.E. which runs concurrently to the main expo, from June 15-17, is specialised in the meetings, incentive and conference market. The twin expos are attracting over 500 exhibitors representing every aspect of the travel industry from 50 countries.
Seven member hotels from Hong Kong, mainland China, Cambodia and Vietnam are joining WORLDHOTELS at the expo.
They are Eaton Hotel and Metropark from Hong Kong, Angkor Palace from Siem Reap, Cambodia, Hanoi Daewoo Hotel from Vietnam — and from mainland China, Beijing Landmark Towers Hotel and Kunlun Hotel in Beijing, as well as the Landmark Hotel in Shenzhen. Hong Kong`s Cosmopolitan Hotel is also sponsoring the participation.
ITE 2006 is one of the region`s key travel expos and an ideal showcase for WORLDHOTELS and its members, said Roland Jegge, Asia-Pacific Vice President for WORLDHOTELS. It is expected to attract around 9,500 trade visitors, as well as 56,000 public visitors.
